However, let it be known that I, Raenna Peiss, am not officially a part of the National Tourette Syndrome Association. I do have Tourette Syndrome and therefore can speak from personal experience. I am 23 years old and my full-time job is being a student at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. I am not an "expert" in the sense of being a doctor, but I have lived with this condition ever since the age of 8.
